Description
The SLG55321 is a triple rail high-voltage gate driver with an internal charge pump for single, dual, and triple N-Channel MOSFETs with VGS < 20V. Soft switching 1.0V to 20V power rail.
Applications
- Power supply sequencing with ramp/delay/discharge control
- Power rail “Soft” switch
- Hot plugging applications
- Low transient load switching
- Replace high-cost P-Channel MOSFETs with lower cost
