Power GreenPAK: Programmable Power Management ICs

Power GreenPAK™ devices bring power management and power control resources onto the GreenPAK programmable mixed‑signal platform. These devices integrate functions such as low‑noise, high‑PSRR LDOs, DC/DC converters, and load switches with protection features, combined with configurable logic and sequencing resources. Using the Go Configure Software Hub, designers can tailor power configurations, control behavior, and sequencing to meet system‑level requirements while reducing external components and accelerating time‑to‑market.

Efficient Power Management

Integrates proven DC/DC converters and LDOs enabling efficient and optimized power regulation.

Easy Customization

Using Go Configure™ Software, designers can quickly create and configure different power settings to meet specific system requirements.

Compact Integrated Design

Combines multiple power functions in a small form factor, reducing board space and simplifying system design.

Robust Power Control

Built-in load switches provide reliable power protection, distribution, and sequencing for system power rails.

Why Power GreenPAK

Integrated Power

Integrated DC/DCs, LDOs & Load Switches in a Configurable Power Platform

Power GreenPAK devices integrate power regulation and power control directly into the GreenPAK platform, enabling compact multi-rail power architectures with on-device control resources.

Noise Reduction

High-PSRR/Low-Noise Rails for Sensitive Loads

Power GreenPAK devices are positioned for applications where power rail noise and rejection matter (e.g., sensors/camera modules). Device families such as SLG5100x emphasize high PSRR and low noise characteristics alongside configurable control, which supports stringent noise budgets and signal integrity needs.
