Overview

The ISL12057 device is a low-power, real-time clock that is pin compatible and functionally equivalent to Maxim DS1337 with clock/calendar and alarm function. The oscillator uses an external, low-cost 32. 768kHz crystal with 6pF load capacitance. The real-time clock tracks time with separate registers for hours, minutes, and seconds. The device has calendar registers for date, month, year, and day of the week. The calendar is accurate through 2099, with automatic leap year correction.

    dear all, how can i solved the error: Undefined external symbol "symbol" referenced in "file" RESOLVED

  2. ISL12022IBZ TIME CURRUPTED

    ... time a day, after month. this is field issue. I have already checked the crystal frequency and load capacitance and coin battery voltage. these parameter is according to the datasheet.  the software is working fine with ISL12057IBZ or another make. this issue is only  with  ISL12022IBZ. please resolved this issue.

  3. regarding UART serial communication RL78/G12

    ... we can use for UART communication if yes please suggest me( rather then DOCKLGHT ) and it should be free ware.  2)  any one have an Application note for interfacing of MCU R5F10268asp and  RTC ISL12057ibz .(Having board capacitance 8 pf). so that i can improve time accuracy consideration of 12057.
