The RL78/F15 starter kit includes the RL78/F15 target board "Y-QB-R5F113TL-TB-V2" and the E2 Lite, a Renesas Electronics on-chip-debug emulator with programming function.

  • Target board "Y-QB-R5F113TL-TB-V2" which contains an RL78/F15 device with 144 pins and 5126kB Code Flash memory, 16kB Data Flash memory, and 32KB RAM. 4MHz resonator and 32.768kHz resonator are mounted. Flash memory programming and on-chip debugging (using TOOL0 pin) are supported.
