Description
The RTKP6815xDE000x0BC evaluation boards facilitate rapid and thorough evaluation of the RRP68150 and RRP68151 half-bridge drivers, which provide 2A source and 5.3A sink gate-drive capability. The RTKP6815xDE00000BC boards effectively drive GaN FETs, while the RTKP6815xDE00010BC boards drive silicon FETs in a buck system configuration. Each evaluation board integrates either two GaN FETs or two logic-level N-channel MOSFETs along with an inductor–capacitor (LC) filter, enabling full system-level assessment under realistic operating conditions.
