Description
The RTKA211803DE0000BU evaluation board provides a simple platform for evaluating the RAA211803 ultra-low quiescent current (IQ) switching regulator in the TSOT23-5 package. The board operates from a supply voltage of 7V to 80VDC, delivering a continuous load up to 300mA at a 3.3V output voltage.

- IQ = 5.5μA at 80V, at no load conditions, switching
- IQ = 4.5μA at 80V at no load and no switching conditions
- Fixed 3.3V VOUT
- Minimum on-time of 75ns
- Variable frequency operation, frequency programmed by external inductor (10μH to 33μH)
- Pre-bias, monotonic, and smooth start-up

- Overcurrent (OC) limit
- Input undervoltage lockout (UVLO)
- Over-temperature protection (OTP)
