The ISL73849SLHEV1Z evaluation board showcases the capabilities of the ISL73849SLH radiation hardened, dual-phase PWM controller with PMBus interface. Designed for demanding point-of-load power applications, the board supports a wide input range of 4.5V to 15V and delivers up to 50A at a 1V output. Convenient input/output connectors, accessible test points, and configurable jumper settings make this platform intuitive and efficient for performance benchmarking and design validation.

Additionally, the output voltage can be dynamically adjusted from 0.2V to 1.2V by modifying the VREF through PMBus on the fly, enabling flexible evaluation under varying load conditions. When adjusting VREF, always ensure the voltage rating of the installed output capacitors is not exceeded to prevent component damage.
