Description

The EBC10293 is a 240W Half‑Wave LLC USB PD 3.2 evaluation board featuring the RRW11011 HWLLC and PFC combo controller in a complete AC‑to‑USB‑C Power Delivery architecture. GaN‑based switching devices and a PD 3.2 controller enable adjustable output levels from 5V to 48V for EPR‑class USB‑C® evaluation. The board offers a compact, high‑power platform for validating PD behavior, voltage transitions, and system response under a wide range of load conditions.

Features

  • High efficiency: 96.5% at 230VAC and 95.2% at 115VAC
  • Two‑stage interleaved PFC and HWLLC resonant control for high efficiency, low input‑ripple current, improved EMI, and reduced audible noise
  • Ultra‑low standby power: below 41mW at 230VAC
  • Meets tiny‑load efficiency requirements: input power below 0.3W at 0.15W output
  • Native 48V output support with integrated charge pump for VBUS switch control
  • Reprogrammable application parameters through the USB Type‑C connector
  • Supports USB PD 3.2 EPR

Applications

  • USB PD 48V EPR Multi‑Port Chargers
  • Notebook PC Adapters
  • TVs and Monitors
  • Industrial Power Tools
  • E‑Bike Chargers
  • Home Appliances
  • Motor Control Systems
  • Industrial AC/DC Power Supplies
  • Lighting Systems
