概要
説明
ZMID5201は、アナログ出力付きの誘導型位置センサICで、車載アプリケーションの絶対回転運動および直動運動のセンシングに使用されます。 ZMID5201は、ワイヤループの誘導と渦電流の物理原理を利用して、1つの送信コイルと2つの受信コイルから構成されるコイルのセットの上をスライドまたは回転する金属ターゲットの位置を検出します。 3つのコイルは、通常、プリント基板（PCB）上に銅のトレースとして印刷されます。 送信コイルが受信コイルに二次電圧を誘起するように配置され、その電圧はコイルの上の金属ターゲットの位置に依存します。 受信コイルからの2次電圧を復調・処理した後、コイル上の金属ターゲットの位置を表す信号が得られます。 ZMID5201は、車載規格AEC-Q100のグレード0（周囲温度150℃まで）に完全に適合しています。
