RRP63175は、EモードGaNおよびロジックレベルMOSFET用の高周波シングルローサイドドライバです。 このデバイスは、5V、7.2Aのソース、および5.3Aのシンクとして機能し、3.3Vおよび5VのロジックレベルのPWM入力信号をサポートします。
伝搬遅延はわずか5ns(typ)で、RRP63175は高周波スイッチングアプリケーションに最適です。 最大30MHzの周波数で動作可能です。
