説明
RAA214401は、3.3Vの固定出力、最大150mAの出力電流で、非常に広い入力電圧範囲で動作するリニア・レギュレータです。超低消費電流で、常時接続やキープアライブのアプリケーションに適しています。 広い入力電圧範囲（4.5V～40V、10mA負荷時）で動作し、優れたラインレギュレーションとロードレギュレーションを実現しています。 加熱防止シャットダウン（OTSD）や短絡電流制限などの故障保護機能を内蔵しています。 このデバイスの出力電圧は、温度、入力電圧と負荷の全動作範囲にわたって調節されています。 出力ピンとGND間の内部抵抗ネットワークで固定されています。 RAA214401は、SOT23パッケージで提供されます。
