説明
フロントエンド・フライバック力率改善デバイス「iW3677」は、ルネサスのPF-Boost™技術により、負荷電流33%まで高い力率 (PF >0.9)と低いTHD (<20%)を実現します。 このデバイスは、絶縁型、非絶縁型のいずれの構成でも、降圧型、昇降圧型、フライバックコンバータとして構成でき、230 VACでの無負荷時の待機電力は150mW未満です。 iW3677は、高電圧起動デバイスを内蔵しており、通常動作時の待機電力も低減します。
iW3677は、出力過電圧、過電力、入力過電圧および低電圧、過電流および検出抵抗器の短絡保護、オープンループおよび過熱防止など、あらゆる保護機能を統合しています。
