FS1023-DLは増幅回路とフローハウジングを備えた基盤にMEMSフローセンサを搭載した製品です。
FS1023-DLは液体用アプリケーションを対象としています。センサはサーモパイル・センシングを採用しており、優れたS/N比を実現し、低電力が要求されるアプリケーションに最適です。FS1023-DL は流量に応じた非線形カーブを出力し、低流量でも高感度です。アナログの0～4.5V出力及びデジタルI2C出力を備えています。
FS1023-DLはNSF/ANSI 61: Drinking Water Systems Components - Health Effectsに適合しています。水や飲料のアプリケーションで安全に使用できます。
