Learn how to measure internal temperature using the on‑chip Analog‑to‑Digital Converter (ADC) temperature sensor on the RA8D1 Evaluation Kit. We configure the ADC in the Flexible Software Package (FSP) with the temperature sensor channel selected in the channel scan mask settings, then trigger conversions in software‑trigger mode.
