Description
The SLG59M1618V is a 1.4mm², 19mΩ integrated power switch with VS slew-rate control and thermal protection. This 19mΩ 2.0A single-channel load switch is able to switch 0.85V to 5V power rails and is packaged in an ultra-small 1.0mm x 1.4mm package.
