Overview

Description

The SLG46140 is a one-time programmable (OTP) non-volatile memory (NVM) mixed-signal matrix designed to implement a wide variety of mixed-signal functions in a single, small, low-power device by integrating a number of common discrete ICs and passive components. In addition to the integrated analog and digital components, the SLG46140 comprises an internal connection matrix and one-time programmable NVM. By programming the NVM, using the easy-to-use GreenPAK development tools, the designer configures the connection matrix, I/O pins, and integrated components of the SLG46140.

  1. SLG46140V unprogrammed devices

Hi,  We have a development kit for these parts.  We're building a prototype board and would like to put a greenpak chip down on the board.  Is it possible to reprogram these devices in-circuit once they are soldered down to the board? Is there an appnote you can ...

  2. SLG46140 ADC to SPI

Hi, For SLG46140, looking at the example: AN-CM-299 SPI Digital ISDN Telephone Handset The SPI Byte Selection is set on [15:0], while the datasheet states "In parallel to serial mode (P2S) there is an additional configuration of the length of converted code – 8-bit and 16-bit ...

  3. SLG46140 current sense using the PGA

Hi, Looking at the GreenPak Cookbook page 55: IN+ and IN- are connected to a shunt resistor to sense the load current, supposed that the load voltage is 5V, would this example work?  noting that in the datasheet, page 35, Vinn Max is 1250mV, does that mean that the current ...
