  1. Do I have to set registers such as the PFC to enable the weak keeper?

    Register setting is not required. Weak keeper function of pins with weak keeper is always enabled, regardless of register setting.

  2. Is it OK to connect the USB connector to USB host and will it affect MCU?

    Such operation does not affect the MCU.

  3. Does the MCU requires an external buffer for the D/A Converter?

    As the D/A Converter output does not include the buffer, it does not have the drive capacity. If the load impedance is low, the accuracy of the D/A Converter is degraded. Typically, such MCU requires an external operational amplifier.
