GreenPAK architecture combines programmable logic and analog macrocells, creating an entirely custom fail-safe Reset and Supervision IC, ensuring the absolute reliability in handling critical events.

I/O Expansion

I/O Expansion

A wide range of GreenPAK devices includes an I2C macrocell with up to 16 matrix connections. This makes GreenPAK a perfect fit for a custom GPIO expander, designed around unique system requirements.

Highly integrated GreenPAK architecture enables the implementation of additional:

Level Shifter

Level Shifter

With support of the wide range of VDD options: from 0.95 to 5.5V and multiple GPIO pin configuration options: Pull-up/Pull-down resistors, Push-Pull, and Open Drain, GreenPAK enables the implementation of efficient level-shifting circuits without the need for external pull-up resistors.

GreenPAK devices support various level shifter circuit implementations, including:

  • Uni-directional
  • Bi-directional with dedicated ports
  • Bi-directional with external direction indicator
  • Bi-directional, auto-sensing

Power Sequencing

Power Sequencing

GreenPAK provides a highly versatile and efficient platform for implementing custom power sequencing designs, allowing for precise control over power-up and power-down cycles in an extremely small footprint.

Combined with the ultra-low RDSON GreenFET load switches, it can achieve an outstanding power efficiency while minimizing voltage drops across the supply rails.
