Description

The M665 is a dual SAW, selectable frequency VCSO frequency source for low-jitter clock generation. An integrated SAW (surface acoustic wave) delay line implements the high-Q VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) function, which results in low output phase noise and very low jitter. The M665-01 is available in a range of center frequencies from 125 to 177 MHz. The M665-02 provides 500 to 708 MHz. Guaranteed minimum pull-range of ±120 ppm meets GbE requirements. (It also fully satisfies ±50 ppm minimum pull-range specification commonly required.) Industry-standard Kvco (VCO Gain) provides full replacement compatibility. The M665 is well suited for phase-locked loop implementations, clock and data recovery circuits, and other timing applications in telecom and optical fiber networking systems (e.g., OC-48).

  1. Do output voltage of amplifier for single power does not fall below 1 V?

The output voltage will not fall below 1 V if a single power supply is used. If an output voltage in the neighborhood of 0 V is required, the characteristics at a low voltage can be improved by inserting a resistor (2 to 5 kΩ) between the output pin and ...

  2. What is large signal voltage gain (Av) of an operational amplifier?

Also known as open voltage (no negative feedback) gain, large signal voltage gain is used in data sheets to show the differential voltage gain in direct current. A value of around 100 dB (x100,000) is standard for an operational amplifier. The Av vs. f characteristics in the general-purpose ...

  3. Crossover Distortion Generate: if audio signal expand with uPC358

Yes, this is correct. If the crossover distortion is a problem, use the uPC1458 or the uPC4572 for audio applications, or else use the uPC4742, which does not generate crossover distortion.
