Description
The AT25SL2561C is a 256Mbit serial peripheral interface (SPI) flash memory designed for use in a wide variety of high-volume industrial, consumer, and connectivity applications. It can be used for storing program memory that is copied from flash memory into the embedded or external RAM during system boot. It can be used for directly executing program code from flash memory (execute in place [XiP]).
