Description

The AT25SL0161 is a 16Mbit serial peripheral interface (SPI) flash memory designed for use in a wide variety of high‑volume industrial, consumer, and connected applications. It can be used to store program code that is copied from flash memory into embedded or external RAM during system boot, or to execute program code directly from flash memory using execute‑in‑place (XiP).
