74FCT163244CPAG is going obsolete, but it looks like 74FCT163244APAG8 will still be available. They appear to be the same part but with slight differences in the propagation delay timing. Is that the only difference between the IDT74FCT163244A and IDT74FCT163244C? Thanks.
