Description
The 5962-92258 (equivalent to IDT 54FCT16245T) 16-bit high-speed, low-power transceiver is ideal for synchronous communication between two buses. The Direction and Output Enable controls operate these devices as either two independent 8-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver. The 5962-92258 operates at -55C to +125C.
