Overview
Description
The Ethernet Extension Board for 10BASE-T1S (single pair Ethernet) can be used with the mainboard Y-COMMON-MB-T1-V1 of the common RH850 / R-Car MCU Evaluation Platform. Two Ethernet PHY transceivers in compatible SOP8- (5mm x 6mm) or (H)VSON8- (3mm x 3mm) 8-pin packages must be mounted by the user. Please take care that the used MCU series piggyback board supports 10Base-T1S.

The Common Main Board is an expansion board to the RH850 and R-Car U5x MCU piggyback boards, adding multiple communication interfaces. The board includes transceivers for standard interfaces (CAN, LIN, SENT, FlexRay) as well as Pmod ports for extension boards. It also provides connectors for add-on boards with high-speed communication interfaces (CAN-XL, Ethernet), for TFT or OLED displays, and motor control ports.
