Description
The TDINV3000W050B 3.0kW inverter evaluation kit provides an easy way to evaluate the performance advantages of our SuperGaN FETs in various inverter applications, such as V2G, solar, and UPS. The kit provides the main features of a single-phase inverter in a proven, functional configuration, operating at or above 50kHz, with a flat efficiency curve above 500W of greater than 98.5%. It uses a dsPIC along with four Renesas SuperGaN Gen IV 50mΩ devices in the industry's standard and thermally efficient TO-247-3 package (full bridge configuration).
