Overview

The SLG59M1649V-EVB board evaluates the SLG59M1649V GreenFET single P-channel reverse-blocking load switch, enabling analysis of its load-switching behavior and reverse-current blocking performance. Dedicated sense test points support accurate R_DS(on) measurements during device characterization and are intended for evaluation purposes only. These test points are not designed to carry high currents.
