SLG59M1639V Dual-Channel PMOS Load Switch Evaluation Board

The SLG59M1639V-EVB board evaluates the SLG59M1639V GreenFET dual P-channel reverse-blocking load switch, enabling assessment of its dual-channel load-switching functionality and reverse-current protection performance. Dedicated sense test points are included for R_DS(on) measurements during device evaluation. These test points are intended for characterization purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
