SLG59M1448V Evaluation Board

The SLG59M1448V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59M1448V GreenFET single N-channel load switch, enabling assessment of its switching performance and power management functionality. Dedicated sense test points are provided for R_DS(on) characterization, allowing precise evaluation of device performance under test conditions. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
