Description
The RTKA223011DE0020BU evaluation board is a high voltage buck converter that demonstrates a low-cost high-performance non-isolated AC/DC conversion solution. It operates from a universal input of 85VAC to 265VAC and has a 12V output capable of up to 300mA of output current. The board has built-in overcurrent, short-circuit, input brownout, and over-temperature protection. The board is a single-sided PCB, with half-wave input rectification. RTKA223011DE0020BU comes with an RAA223011 in a 7LD SOIC package.

Hello. We faced with a problem with RAA223011. Output voltage must be 12V but we see 4V(and L2 produce some noise) and if we heating the IC it start produce 12V. Also if we change IC it start produce 12V. And if we change D5 it also produce 12V ...
