Robotic Standard Arm System

Overview

Description

This robotic arm system utilizes a collaborative "brain and cerebellum" architecture, powered by a high-performance vision AI MPU. The AI module (brain), equipped with DRP-AI accelerators, handles perception and decision-making, while the CPU module (cerebellum) manages real-time motion control, sensor fusion, and path planning. Additionally, the system supports multiple communication protocols, enabling seamless integration with other humanoid robot modules, such as joints and dexterous hands, forming a versatile and complete system.

System Benefits:

  • Powered by DRP-AI accelerators, the system achieves real-time object detection, segmentation, and pose estimation. These features provide the robotic arm with robust perception and decision-making capabilities, crucial for tasks requiring high precision and adaptability.
  • With support for protocols like CAN FD, Ethernet, SPI, and RS-485, the system integrates seamlessly with other modules, such as joints and dexterous hands, forming a unified and functional humanoid robot system. This flexibility allows for easy expansion and adaptation to various applications.
  • Multi-core Arm® Cortex®-A55 and Cortex-R8 processors enable real-time motion control and sensor fusion, ensuring smooth and responsive robotic operations.
