Description

Renesas provides infotainment and automated driving systems with R-Car system-on-chips (SoCs), which can be paired with configurable mixed-signal ICs (CMICs) to reduce costs. CMIC GreenPAK™ is a cost-effective non-volatile memory (NVM) programmable device that enables automotive designers to integrate multiple system functions into a single AEC-Q100 qualified IC.

System Benefits:

  • Consolidates multiple components from Renesas R-Car systems into a compact CMIC, enabling product differentiation while reducing costs and minimizing PCB space.
  • The GreenPAK designer software and development kit allow quick adaptation to changing design requirements, improving productivity during the design and prototype verification stages.
