- Application NoteAI-generated Summary: The document explains how to register and uninstall Call Walker within the High-performance Embedded Workshop (HEW). It guides users to launch HEW without opening a workspace, access the Tools Administration menu, and register the Call Walker tool by specifying the registration file path. After registration, Call Walker version 2.3 appears in the menu. Upon uninstalling HEW, users must manually delete the remaining Call Walker directory. It also provides Renesas Electronics website and contact information for support. The revision history notes the first edition release date.
- Application NoteAI-generated Summary: The document explains using the DMAC and ports for real-time port output in the R32C/100 series. Timer AO triggers DMA transfers to output data on pins PO_0 to PO_3 at intervals adjustable between 1 ms and 8 ms. The INTO and INT1 interrupts extend or shorten the output period by 1 ms. The sample code runs on the R32C/118 MCU with specified clock settings and uses a DMA repeat transfer mode to update port outputs based on a predefined table.Related Files:

- Application NotePDF 361 KB R01AN1651EJ0101 Rev.1.01 Mar 31, 2013AI-generated Summary: The document details the initial settings required for CAN communication in the R32C/100 Series, focusing on clock, bit timing, baud rate, and acceptance filter configurations. It explains the CAN bit timing structure, including the synchronization segment (SS), time segments TSEG1 and TSEG2, and the resynchronization jump width (SJW). The timing adjustments affect the sampling point in the communication frame. Specific ranges and restrictions for each segment are provided to ensure proper synchronization and error compensation during data transmission.
- Application NoteAI-generated Summary: The document describes rewriting flash memory of the R32C/100 Series MCU via UART2 in asynchronous mode. It details receiving erase and program commands from a master device, handling up to 256 bytes of data for programming, and returning success or error results. It specifies hardware pins used, operation conditions, communication settings at 38400 bps, and sample code behavior including checksum verification and response transmission. Recovery processing for errors is not included and should be added by users.Related Files:View More (109)
