Overview

Description

Renesas' Zero Static Power ASM (Asynchronous State Machine) is fault tolerant and operates continuously over a wide voltage range with very low latency. The SLG46880 provides a small, low power component for commonly used mixed-signal functions. The user creates their circuit design by programming the one time Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) to configure the interconnect logic, the IO Pins and the macrocells of the SLG46880. This highly versatile device allows a wide variety of mixed-signal functions to be designed within a very small, low power single integrated circuit.

Smart Speaker LED Indication with GreenPAK

This application note video shows a GreenPAK™ SLG46880 design implementation of a dynamic LED indicator that can be used in the smart device. It has several modes: Standby (idle) mode, Listening mode, Thinking mode, Responding mode, Meeting mode, and an indication of on/off mics of the device. Mode switching is implemented by I2C commands by overwriting only one register.
