The SLG59M610V is a 22mΩ 4A single N-channel reverse blocking load switch that can switch 1V to 5.5V power rails. The product is packaged in an ultra‑small 1.5mm x 2.0mm package.

- Power supply: 2.5V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V
- Input voltage range: 1.0V ≤ VIN ≤ VDD
- 22mΩ RDSON while supporting 4.0A
- Output voltage slew-rate control by an external capacitor
