Description

Optimal for applications varying in functionality across the automation industry, such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), the S5D5 MCU Group offers processing performance, 512KB to 1MB of flash memory, and 384KB of SRAM, available in a variety of packages. It includes a capacitive touch sensing unit (CTSU), full connectivity suite, graphics engine, high precision data acquisition analog interfaces, and enhanced security.

Commercial software worth over $100K which is available to developers using the Synergy Platform for no charge and with unlimited production license rights. The production-ready SSP is fully tested, maintained, and supported by Renesas.
