The SLG7SQ50520V is a tiny dual-channel voltage supervisor designed to reliably monitor primary and secondary power rails. It monitors supply voltages from 1.7V to 5.5V and supports an additional configurable low-voltage monitoring input down to 625mV. With dual reset outputs, programmable or fixed reset delays, and flexible output configurations, the device provides robust power-failure detection and system reset control while minimizing board space requirements.
