SLG59H1005Vは、最大3Aまでの4.5～22Vのすべての電源レール用に設計された、バックツーバック逆電流遮断を備えた高性能、セルフパワード50mΩ NMOS負荷スイッチです。 独自のMOSFET設計により、SLG59H1005Vは広い入力電圧範囲にわたって安定した50 mΩ RDSONを実現しました。 また、新しいFET設計と銅ピラー配線の組み合わせにより、大電流駆動に適した低熱抵抗を実現しています。 SLG59H1005Vは、-40℃～85℃で動作するように設計されており、低熱抵抗でRoHS準拠の1.6mm x 3.0mmのSTQFNパッケージで提供されます。
