説明
PS9013 は，入力側に GaAlAs 発光ダイオードを使用し，出力側にフォトダイオードと信号処理回路を同一チップ上に構成した受光 IC を用いた，オープン・コレクタ出力の高速フォトカプラです。高耐ノイズ（高CMR）に加え，温度変化を考慮した伝達遅延時間のばらつきを規定しており，IPM (Intelligent Power Module)駆動用に最適です。
