説明
ISL9003Aは、150mAの連続負荷電流を供給する高性能シングル低ノイズ、高PSRR LDOです。 スタンバイ電流が低く、最大200mΩのESRで1μFのMLCC出力容量で安定しています。 PSRRは90dBと非常に高く、出力ノイズは20μ VRMS (typ.)です。 無負荷時の静止電流が31μA (typ.)、シャットダウン電流が0.5μAで、ポータブルワイヤレス機器に最適です。
ISL9003Aには多くの固定電圧オプションがあり、温度、ライン、負荷の全範囲で1.8%の出力電圧精度を備えています。 その他の出力電圧オプションは、ご要望に応じてご利用いただけます。
