説明
The SLG59M1563V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59M1563V GreenFET single N-channel reverse-blocking load switch, enabling validation of its switching performance and reverse-current protection functionality. Dedicated sense test points are provided for accurate RDS(on) characterization during device testing. These test points are intended for evaluation purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
