説明
The SLG59H1313C evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1313C high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling assessment of its switching performance and power management capabilities. Dedicated sense test points are included for accurate RDS(on) characterization during device evaluation. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
