The SLG59H1127V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1127V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling characterization of its switching performance and power management capabilities in high-voltage applications. Dedicated sense test points are included for accurate RDS(on) measurements, supporting detailed analysis of device behavior during evaluation. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
