SLG59H1010V High-Voltage GreenFET Load Switch Evaluation Board

The SLG59H1010V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1010V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling characterization of its switching behavior and power management performance in high-voltage applications. Dedicated sense test points are provided for accurate RDS_ON measurements, supporting reliable device evaluation and analysis. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
