The R-Car family delivers a high computing power system-on-chip (SoC) combined with the RH850/U2A MCU equipped with state-of-the-art real-time and 16MB flash memory, providing sufficient processing power to support various and a huge number of communication channels.

  • High-performance, multi-connectivity microcontroller manages real-time related tasks as well as communication to other ECUs (gateway controller).
  • Highly integrated power management ICs ensure ISO 26262 compliant power supplies and are optimized for the SoC to reduce bill-of-material (BOM) costs while providing industry leading efficiency.
