Renesas' SLG7RN47363 is an AnalogPAK™ sun tracker system-on-chip (SoC) that includes linear motor driving and an optical positioning system. The device offers low power and a small form factor. This SoC is housed in a 3mm x 3mm STQFN package, which is optimal for use with small devices.
