Description

The SLG7MD47671 is a compact and efficient integrated solution for low-voltage and battery-powered motor control applications, ideal for small devices where size is a critical factor. Combining driver FETs and control circuitry in a single component, it simplifies design and reduces component count. The device features a Phase/Enable (PH/EN) input interface for precise motor direction control and device enable/disable functionality, improving ease of use. With a low-power sleep mode and key protection features like undervoltage lockout, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown, the SLG7MD47671 ensures reliable and safe operation in diverse environments.
