Overview
Description
The SLG59M1515V is a 20mΩ 2.0A single‑channel load switch with configurable slew rate control. The device can enable fast power rail turn-on with big cap loading. An internal circuit limits max inrush current to prevent device damage. The product is packaged in an ultra‑small 1.0mm x 1.6mm package.

- Optimized for smartphone and notebook/tablet PC applications
- 20mΩ RDSON while supporting 2.0A
- Power supply: 2.5V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V
- Input voltage range: 0.85V ≤ VD ≤ VDD-1.5V
- Output voltage slew-rate control by an external capacitor
- Output discharge circuitry
- Sleep mode current (IDDOFF) in low µA range
