Description
The SLG59M1457V is a 7.8mΩ 6A single-channel load switch that can switch 0.85V to 5.5V power rails. The product is packaged in an ultra‑small 1.5mm x 2.0mm package.

- 7.8mΩ RDSON while supporting 6.0A
- Power supply: 2.5V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V
- Input voltage range: 0.85V ≤ VD ≤ VDD
- Output voltage slew-rate control by an external capacitor
- Overcurrent and over-temperature protection
- Output discharge circuitry
- Sleep mode current (IDDOFF) in low µA range
