Overview

Description

SH7285, SH7286 group are high-end single chip microcontroller incorporating an SH-2A core which realized up to 100MHz operation. The SH7286 and SH7285 incorporates large capacity Flash memory (SH7286:1MB, SH7285:768KB). The SH7286 also incorporates register banks. When an interrupt occurs, CPU internal register information is stored in registers at high speed. This makes it possible to improve real-time control performance greatly. The SH7286 also incorporates various peripheral functions suitable for industrial application AC servos, general-purpose inverters and robots, such as a 1 channel USB2.0 Full Speed, CAN(SH7286 only), 5 channel serial interface, a multifunction timer unit, a 12-bit A/D converter, etc. & The SH7286realizes high speed operation of 100MHz, and 5V single power supply or 3.3Vsingle power supply operation. (Analog power supply is 5V).

  1. Problem with SH7286 SCI2 Clock Synchronous Simultaneous Transmission and Reception

Hi everyone,In my SH7286 I configured SCI2 in Clock Synchronous mode for simultaneous Sending and Receiving .I was Able to Send data. I tried the Reception using RXI interrupt, but Failed when data is input from an external tool. But when I shorted the RX,TX pins, data sent ...

  2. Conflict error- SH7286 SSU as SPI slave.

Hi everyone,I am trying to configure SH7286 as SSU SPI slave.I tested the slave reception using a SPI master(R8C series MCU).During the initialisation of SPI slave ,soon after the reception is enabled(RE bit=1) status register(SSSR) shows Conflict error. What will be the probable ...

  3. how to activate SPI Communication on sh7286

I am a student studying hardware. Recently, I had an opportunity to study about the sh7286, and I am trying to connect the MCU with the SPI protocol with the equipment I have.I looked at the datasheet and tried to find the right pin and connect it, but I ...

FAQs

  1. Do SH7286 analog output-dedicated pins do not shift to HiZ in reset?

The SH7286 analog output pins cannot be brought to the HiZ state immediately after entering the reset state (low level input to the RES pin). They enter the HiZ state after keeping the DA output level for a while. However, any value other than D/A data register setting ...

  2. How to write to the internal flash memory with the MCU in boot mode?

Please check the following points.      ・Power-on reset is correct. ‐Reset signal is cleared after the oscillation is stabilized at the time of power-on. ‐The hardware stand-by pin (HSTBY) is not switched to Low at power-on if your MCU has a stand-by function.                  ・The mode pin ...

  3. What will happen if TFRST and RFRST in SCFCR of SCIF with FIFO is set to 1?

When TFRST is 1, the transmit FIFO data register (SCFTDR) is reset, however, the transmit shift register (SCTSR) continues the operation. Therefore the transmit data that has already been transferred to the SCTSR will be transmitted. When RFRST is 1, the receive FIFO data register (SCFERDR) is reset, but the ...
