Description

The S1JA Group MCU is used as an example due to its highly integrated, high-accuracy analog capabilities and offers a complete analog solution for signal conditioning and measurement. The S1JA Group has 256KB flash memory, 32KB SRAM memory, and a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V. It includes a 16-bit SAR ADC, 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC, comparators, operational amplifiers, and DACs.

Commercial software worth over $100K which is available to developers using the Synergy Platform for no charge and with unlimited production license rights. The production-ready SSP is fully tested, maintained, and supported by Renesas.
